Radio Spot on 106.9 FM - January 22
On January 21st reporter Kate Roberts from 106.9 FM (The X) met with Playwright's Cabaret director Jeff Culbert, actor Rona Waddington and one of this year's 19 playwrights - me - for about fifteen minutes to talk about the Playwright's Cabaret.
Prepared with a set of questions for each of us, Kate recorded the interview and then distilled it down to its essence for a one-minute spot which was aired a few minutes after noon on Friday the 22nd.
It was a lot of fun and I felt honoured to be included. So here it is - my fifteen seconds of fame:

P.S. If you didn't catch any of the performances this year (January 21, 22 & 23), make a mental note to see the 2011 Playwright's Cabaret next January because there's nothing else like it.
P.P.S. Although Kate's pronunication seems as if she is saying I was "very weary" of my first play, she is really saying "very wary."
